POWERCUP & NEW BMW M6 FLY INTO MUGELLO

The stunning venue for the Italian MotoGP, Mugello, will see more action
this weekend as the BMW Motorrad Powercup 2005 blasts into town for the
second race of the brand new race series that kicked off three weeks
ago at Le Mans in France. The opening race in France saw the top 6
riders over the line in just 1.7 seconds confirming that this is going
to be a cracking series to watch with the BMW K 1200 R machines racing
over the remaining six rounds. Mugello and its near kilometre long home
straight will enable the BMW's to show off their top speed of
approaching 270km/h as riders dice wheel to wheel, slipstreaming each
other for that last advantage before the line..........
