Fujairah & Jebel Yibir, UAE - 24 November, 2025 -
Every journey begins with light. It shapes our view, guides our path
and transforms the ordinary into extraordinary. Winding along the
coastline of Fujairah, the BMW 7 Series and BMW X7 Individual models
embody this ethos and redefine the feeling of modern luxury.

The BMW 7 Series Individual shimmers in its two-tone finish of
Maldives Blue and silver-grey, mirroring the sea it reflects. Every
curve follows the horizon’s calm rhythm, capturing a perfect balance
of elegance and energy. Further inland, the BMW X7 takes on a
contrasting personality. Against the rugged slopes of Jebel Yibir, the
same Maldives Blue stands bold and unwavering, embodying confidence,
versatility and quiet strength.

Captured entirely on film, this story embraces the beauty of
imperfection, the warmth of color and the honesty of every shadow.
There is no retouching or instant preview, only a quiet trust in the
light to reveal what is real. In both analog photography and BMW’s
design, beauty lies in authenticity, in the harmony between form and feeling.

In a world defined by digital perfection, these images are born
purely from light. Each frame is a memory. Real. Unedited.
Unforgettable.
Like BMW Individual, analog photography
celebrates creation over replication. Light doesn’t just illuminate,
it inspires.

Press Contact: Daniil Vintsingerode
Tel: +971526100810
E-mail: daniil.vintsingerode@partner.bmw.com

Press Release,BMW,7 Series,G07,X7,Product

Dubai, United Arab Emirates 19 September 2025 –
Celebrating BMW Individual andshowcasing exclusivity, BMW
Group Middle East presents five meticulously curated BMW Individual
profiles for the BMW 7 Series and BMW X7, designed exclusively for the
Middle East and available in limited numbers.

Representing the pinnacle of BMW personalization, BMW Individual
gives customers the freedom to create a car as unique as their
signature. Each of the five editions is a carefully balanced
combination of colours, materials, and equipment - inspired by the
region and tailored to the refined tastes of its clientele - offering
a complete, ready-to-order configuration.

A legacy of bespoke craftsmanship

Since its beginnings in 1985 inside BMW Motorsport GmbH (now BMW M
GmbH), BMW Individual has served as the ultimate atelier for
automotive individuality. Starting off as a small-series program
catering to a select group of customers with mostly hand-built, highly
exclusive models, the program swiftly expanded to include special
equipment, rare paint finishes, and special leather trims directly
into BMW production lines, all while maintaining the brand's strong
commitment to both quality and safety.

Over the decades, BMW Individual has evolved into a creative canvas
for the most renowned designers and artisans in the world. From Karl
Lagerfeld’s 1992 BMW 7 Series to landmark creations such as the BMW 7
Series “THE NEXT 100 YEARS” limited to 100 units, BMW Individual 7
Series by Esther Mahlangu, the meteorite-adorned BMW M850i Night Sky,
and the exclusive Pearl Edition with 88 units of the BMW 7 Series and
6 Series Gran Coupé, every project has embodied the essence of
automotive artistry and exclusivity.

Five Curated Creations. Limitless Individuality

Working in close collaboration with BMW Group Middle East, BMW
Individual has developed the five new profiles. Each specification
reflects a complete design vision, down to the smallest interior
accents- including exclusive Merino leathers and precise detailing
such as extended leather trim, BMW Crystal Headlights with Iconic
Glow, and Crafted Clarity elements.

One of the most striking hallmarks of these editions is the exclusive
BMW Individual paint finishes. Among the most captivating expressions
is the concept of "paired perfection" harmoniously matched
BMW 7 Series and BMW X7 models offered in Maldives Blue, Mora, or
Macadamia Metallic. For Maldives Blue (inspired by the region’s
turquoise coastlines) and Mora Metallic (evoking Arabian nights), the
BMW 7 Series features an elegant two-tone composition, blending
seamlessly with Oxide Grey Metallic for a distinctive and
sophisticated look. Expanding on this exclusive palette, the BMW 7
Series is further elevated by two additional statement finishes: the
deep, satin allure of Frozen Deep Green Metallic and a dramatic
two-tone masterpiece combining the vivid Ruby Red Pearl Effect
Metallic with the timeless elegance of Black Sapphire Metallic - each
crafted to ensure the BMW 7 Series commands attention with unrivaled sophistication.

Karim-Christian Haririan, Managing Director - BMW Group Middle
East said: "BMW Individual is not just about creating
cars; it’s about crafting personal experiences that resonate with the
heart and soul of our customers. Each Individual profile we present is
a unique expression of exclusivity, allowing our clients to transform
their vision into reality. The emotions tied to owning a BMW
Individual vehicle are profound, it's about pride, exclusivity, and
the joy of driving a masterpiece that reflects one's personal style.
We are excited to continue this legacy of bespoke craftsmanship, where
every detail is meticulously designed to evoke a sense of luxury and connection."

The powertrain selection is limitless: customers can choose their
preferred type and power, whether it is a fully-electric BMW i7 M70 or
a powerful BMW X7 M60 with an internal-combustion engine, without
compromising bespoke features or craftsmanship.

Region-focused equipment includes ventilated seats, air fragrance
systems, extended climate control, illuminated panoramic glass roofs
and advanced rear-seat entertainment - ensuring every journey is as
comfortable as it is distinctive.

The five Individual editions are available in limited allocation
through official BMW importers across the Middle East.

BMW Individual Manufaktur - one-off creations without limits

For customers seeking the rarest and most personalised expression of
their BMW, BMW Individual Manufaktur offers tailor-made, one-off
creations. Here, specialists bring visions to life with customised
upholstery options, including multi-colour designs, embroidered head
restraints, personalised door sills, and exclusive trim elements.
Every component undergoes the same rigorous testing as standard BMW
parts, ensuring flawless quality and safety. Customers may also
explore BMW Individual’s exclusive two-tone paintwork options, now
offering more than 100 special colours and two-tone combinations
hand-applied with master precision (Only two colors available for the
roof: Black Sapphire and Oxide Grey).

Beyond the existing palette, clients can commission an entirely
unique paint shade or interior finish, created exclusively to match
their personal vision - from custom-mixed exterior colours to bespoke
leather hues and hand-selected trim materials.

Expanding the Art of Paintwork

BMW Group maintains its commitment to bespoke craftsmanship and
continues its growth. At Plant Dingolfing, a new Centre for Special
and Individual Paintwork is being built with an investment of more
than €30 million, scheduled to open in 2027. Covering over 2,000
square metres, the facility will further expand the possibilities of
BMW Individual with up to 300 paint shades, advanced two-tone
concepts, and complex finishes combining automated precision with
artisanal hand-painting. The new center will reduce throughput times,
lower production costs, and operate more sustainably by using
electricity-powered drying furnaces.

Press Contact: Rami Joudi
Tel: +971-56-507-5762
E-mail: rami.joudi@bmwgroup.com

Press Release,BMW,BMW i,7 Series,G07,X7,G70,i7,Product

With its inimitable combination of exclusivity, dynamic excellence,
luxuriant spaciousness and versatility, the BMW X7 has quickly
developed into the most successful BMW model in the luxury class. And
now the unique character profile of the brand’s largest Sports
Activity Vehicle (SAV) has been honed to significant effect thanks to
extensive design refinements – most notably a visually impactful front
end – plus a new-look M Sport package, light-alloy wheels measuring up
to 23 inches (an ex-factory first for BMW) and the latest-generation
iDrive control/operation system including BMW Curved Display and BMW
Operating System 8. The new BMW X7 also comes with a further expanded
range of standard equipment, additional driver assistance systems and
the latest 48V mild hybrid technology for the three engine variants offered.

The new BMW X7 is a central pillar in the ongoing product offensive
at the most exclusive reaches of the premium carmaker’s model line-up.
The new X7 will be produced at BMW Group Plant Spartanburg, the
competence centre for BMW X models in the US state of South Carolina.
The worldwide market launch for the new BMW X7 will get underway in
August 2022.

Exterior design: exclusive looks, progressive style.

Fuelled by its highly versatile skillset, the largest BMW X model
convinces with both on-the-road elegance and off-road ability.
Extensive design modifications accentuate above all the visual
exclusivity of the largest BMW X model even more vividly. Indeed, its
design underscores more clearly than ever the status of the new BMW X7
as one of the brand’s flagship models. The newly structured front end
picks up on signature BMW design cues such as the twin headlights and
BMW kidney grille. In their newly interpreted form, these features
emphasise the car’s upright stance and reinforce its road presence.

Split headlight units are making their debut in the new BMW X7. The
horizontal LED light elements set higher up in the front end house the
position light, daytime driving lights and turn signal indicators. The
LED units located below them for the low-beam and high-beam headlights
give the impression of retreating into the background with their dark
housing and deeply embedded position in the front apron, and only come
to the fore when activated. The new adaptive matrix LED headlights
with non-dazzling high beam and adaptive light distribution now also
provide the functionality of front fog lights with their automatic bad
weather light.

Discreet cascade lighting for the two BMW kidney grille elements
brings a richly extravagant feeling to the front end of the new BMW
X7, both when stationary and on the move. The “Iconic Glow” BMW kidney
grille is a standard feature of the range-topping BMW X7 M60i xDrive
(fuel consumption combined: 12.9 – 12.1 l/100 km [21.9 – 23.3 mpg
imp]; CO<sub>2</sub> emissions: 292 – 274 g/km in the WLTP cycle;
figures in the NEDC cycle: –) and will be offered as an option for the
other model variants.

At the rear end, the progressive style of the extremely slim light
units, which now have three-dimensional sculpting, is accentuated. The
elegant chrome bar connecting the rear light units on the new BMW X7
is enclosed within an exquisite glass cover.

The optional, newly designed M Sport package shines an even brighter
spotlight on the dynamic driving properties of the BMW X7. And
M-specific design features for the exterior and interior also clearly
emphasise the performance attributes of the BMW X7 M60i xDrive. The M
Marina Bay Blue metallic paint finish can be ordered exclusively for
the BMW M model. Another new addition to the range of exterior colours
is Sparkling Copper Grey metallic. 20-inch light-alloy wheels are
fitted as standard on the new BMW X7. The range-topping model and cars
specified with the M Sport package come with 21-inch M light-alloy
wheels. Optional 23-inch light-alloy wheels are available ex-factory
for the first time for a BMW model.

Luxuriant spaciousness, extended standard equipment.

The generous feeling of space on board the new BMW X7 can be enjoyed
across three rows of seats. The second row accommodates three
passengers as standard and offers two particularly comfortable
individual seats as an option. Heated comfort seats are provided as
standard for the driver and front passenger. In European markets, BMW
Individual Merino extended leather upholstery comes as standard. In
other markets, standard specification includes seat surfaces in new
Sensafin trim (not available in Europe). This high-quality, vegan
surface material with leather-like properties has exclusive
three-dimensional quilting and surface perforation.

Together, the newly designed instrument panel – with its slim air
vents and an ambient light bar included as standard in its lower
section – and the BMW Curved Display bring a modern style shaped by
progressive digitalisation to the cockpit. The innovative light bar
complements the likewise standard ambient light. Its effective
backlighting – with the help of LED units and a graphic including “X7”
lettering (or the M logo in the new BMW X7 M60i xDrive) – is an
integral element of the situation-based light effects and enhances the
aura of exclusivity inside the cabin. The gear selector lever is also
given a new and cutting-edge design.

The further expanded range of standard equipment for the new BMW X7
goes to new lengths in enhancing the comfort of those on board and
maximising their wellbeing. As well as the four-zone automatic climate
control, panoramic glass sunroof and hi-fi system, it now also
includes the comfort seats for the driver and front passenger, a Sport
leather steering wheel with gearshift paddles and a new tray for
wirelessly charging compatible mobile phones. Highlights of the
options list include the Sky Lounge panoramic glass sunroof
(illuminated by LED units), the Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround
Sound System and the newly designed Travel & Comfort System.
Active seat ventilation and a massage function are also offered for
the driver and front passenger. If the new Comfort Package is
specified, the seats in the second and third rows can also be heated,
as can the steering wheel and the armrests for the driver and front passenger.

Newly developed engines with the latest 48V mild hybrid technology.

The engine range is headed by a new 4.4-litre petrol V8 for the
range-topping BMW X7 M60i xDrive, which is derived from the engines
powering the high-performance cars coming out of BMW M GmbH.
M TwinPower Turbo technology and a cross-bank exhaust manifold imbue
the 390 kW/530 hp unit with peak torque of 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) with
impressively assured power development.

A latest-generation six-cylinder in-line engine makes its debut in
the BMW X7 xDrive40i (fuel consumption combined: 10.6 – 9.6 l/100 km
[26.6 – 29.4 mpg imp]; CO2 emissions: 240 – 217 g/km in the
WLTP cycle; figures in the NEDC cycle: –). It boasts a wealth of
innovations for the combustion process, gas exchange, valve control,
injection and ignition system that enhance both performance and
efficiency. The output of the new engine is 35 kW/47 hp up on the
predecessor unit, at 280 kW/380 hp, while peak torque rises by 70 Nm
(52 lb-ft) to 520 Nm (383 lb-ft) – and can be boosted to as much
540 Nm (398 lb-ft) with the input of the mild hybrid system.

Detailed upgrades to the six-cylinder in-line diesel engine in the
new BMW X7 xDrive40d have also yielded improvements to its fuel
economy and emissions (fuel consumption combined: 8.6 – 7.7 l/100 km
[32.8 – 36.7 mpg imp]; CO2 emissions: 225 – 203 g/km in the
WLTP cycle; figures in the NEDC cycle: –). The maximum output of its
overall drive system is 259 kW/352 hp. The nominal torque of the
diesel engine is 700 Nm (516 lb-ft), which can be increased to as much
as 720 Nm (531 lb-ft) with the input of the mild hybrid system.

The most important shared feature of the three engines is the
integration of new-generation 48V mild hybrid technology. In its
latest incarnation, this form of electrification consists of a
crankshaft-mounted starter generator integrated into the transmission
and contributes an extra 9 kW/12 hp of output and an extra 200 Nm (147
lb-ft) of torque. All of the engines partner with an eight-speed
Steptronic Sport transmission including shift paddles on the steering
wheel and a Sprint function. Engine power is channelled to the road –
or unsurfaced terrain, if required – via the intelligent
all-wheel-drive system BMW xDrive.

Sophisticated chassis technology optimises agility and comfort.

The adaptive two-axle air suspension teams up as standard with
electronically controlled dampers to deliver signature BMW dynamic
prowess combined with excellent comfort on long journeys. Standard
specification for the new BMW X7 M60i xDrive also includes Integral
Active Steering and the Executive Drive system with active roll
stabilisation. Both are available as options for the six-cylinder
models, as is the xOffroad package.

All the chassis systems have been retuned for the new BMW X7 to
enable it to span the widest possible spectrum between sporty handling
and driving comfort. Standard specification for the BMW X7 M60i xDrive
also includes 21-inch M light-alloy wheels and an M Sport differential
at the rear. The six-cylinder models come as standard with 20-inch
light-alloy wheels. And the new BMW X7 is the brand’s first ever model
to be offered with the option of factory-fitted 23-inch light-alloy wheels.

Expanded selection of driver assistance systems.

Comfort and safety in the new BMW X7 are further enhanced by a
significantly expanded selection of automated driving and parking
systems. New features include the extended range of functions offered
by the front-collision warning system, which now also reduces the
danger of a collision with cyclists, pedestrians or oncoming vehicles
when turning off. If the optional Active Cruise Control with
Stop&Go function is specified, the automatic Speed Limit Assist,
route monitoring and traffic light recognition features will be
included too. Also new is the exit warning function, which alerts
occupants to a risk of collision when opening the door.

The standard Parking Assistant also includes the Reversing Assist
Camera and Reversing Assistant. On cars with the optional Parking
Assistant Professional specified, the Reversing Assistant can now take
over the job of steering the car for a distance of up to 200 metres.
And the new Trailer Assistant makes it easier to execute reversing
manoeuvres when towing a trailer. The new Manoeuvre Assistant can
store manoeuvres covering a distance of up to 200 metres each. When
the vehicle next arrives at a memorised starting point, the Manoeuvre
Assistant will be able to carry out all the tasks required to complete
the manoeuvre, controlling the accelerator, brakes and steering as
well as changing gear to move forward or reverse. While the automated
manoeuvre is being performed, the driver can focus on monitoring the
vehicle’s surroundings.

Latest-generation BMW iDrive with BMW Curved Display.

The standard BMW Live Cockpit Plus in the new BMW X7 includes the
latest edition of the BMW iDrive control/operation system. It is based
on BMW Operating System 8 and comprises the BMW Curved Display, which
is formed by a 12.3-inch information display and a control display
with a screen diagonal of 14.9 inches. With the new display grouping
in place and the continually expanding skillset of the BMW Intelligent

Munich. As spearheads of the BMW X model range, the
BMW X5, BMW X6 and BMW X7 impress with a high level of comfort and
luxury, supreme performance and pronounced dynamic handling
capabilities. The two Sports Activity Vehicles (SAV) and the Sports
Activity Coupe (SAC) combine these attributes with an equally dynamic,
elegant and unmistakably distinctive design. New highlights are the
BMW X5 and BMW X6 Black Vermilion editions featuring exclusive
equipment details. The BMW X7 edition in Frozen Black metallic
combines impressive options into an exclusive package.

In 2020 alone and with almost 250,000 units sold worldwide, the
SAV/SAC trio from Spartanburg, USA, contributed decisively towards the
success of the BMW brand. Around every eighth newly delivered BMW
model was a BMW X5, X6 or X7.

All three edition models go on sale with all engines available for
each of their original models. They can be ordered with immediate
effect, with the market launch beginning in August 2021. Prices in
Germany start at 93,200 Euros for the BMW X5 Black Vermilion, 100,700
Euros for the BMW X6 Black Vermilion and 108,700 Euros for the BMW X7
in Frozen Black metallic (each including 19% sales tax).

Particularly striking: BMW X5 and X6 Black Vermilion edition.

The central focus of the Black Vermilion edition is the interplay
between the colours black and red. For example, the BMW double kidney
grille with model-specific red bars creates an effective contrast to
the BMW Individual special paint finish Frozen Black metallic. On the
BMW X6 Black Vermilion this visual highlight is expressed in a
particularly impressive way in combination with its kidney grille
Iconic Glow. The M headlights Shadow Line with BMW laser light,
including accented lighting with blue X signature, complete the
distinctive look of the front end. Moreover, on the exterior, the M
Sport Package emphasises the dynamic character of the BMW X5 and X6
Black Vermilion editions. It comprises, among other things, specific
front and rear aprons as well as the M high-gloss Shadow Line with
extended options. Behind the Orbit Grey matt, 22-inch, double-spoke
742 M light alloy wheels with mixed tyres designed exclusively for
these edition models, red high-gloss M Sport brake callipers stand out
as a striking visual highlight.

In the interior of the BMW X5 and BMW X6 Black Vermilion editions the
M Alcantara Anthracite roof liner provides for an exceptionally
sophisticated ambience. A finely crafted Edition logo on the cupholder
cover in BMW Individual black piano finish emphasises the limited
model’s exclusiveness. The glass application Crafted Clarity on the
iDrive Controller, the automatic gear selector and Start/Stop button,
as well as the BMW Individual precious wood interior trim Fineline
Black with aluminium inlays provide additional sophisticated accents.
Driver and front seat passenger travel in comfort seats offering a
multitude of adjustment options. The BMW Individual full leather trim
Merino Black is additionally enhanced by edition-specific red contrast
stitching for both the driver’s seat and front passenger seat. Inside
the BMW X5 Black Vermilion, the red accents are also to be found on
the rear seats. Likewise, the edging on both the front and rear floor
mats is finished in red. Sun-protective glass with more deeply tinted
rear windows beyond the B-pillar enhances passenger privacy whilst
blending in harmoniously with the sporty and dynamic exterior design.

BMW X7 edition in Frozen Black metallic – individual and expressive.

Like the Black Vermilion editions, the new BMW X7 edition also has
the BMW Individual special paint finish Frozen Black metallic,
dispensing, however, with details in contrasting colour. The BMW M
Sport brake callipers of the edition-specific, 22-inch BMW Individual
Y-spoke 758 I alloy wheels in Orbit Grey matt are finished in high
gloss black. Combined with the M Sport Package and the M High Gloss
Shadow Line with extended options, it is this colour restraint in
particular that make the 5.15-metre long and over 2-metre wide
seven-seater look even more impressive. The interior of the BMW X7
edition in Frozen Black metallic provides for an elegantly discreet
atmosphere thanks to the M Alcantara Anthracite roof liner, the glass
application Crafted Clarity and sun-protection glass.

CO2 EMISSIONS & CONSUMPTION.

Munich. The experience of luxurious driving pleasure
has reached a whole new dimension in the BMW X7. The first Sports
Activity Vehicle (SAV) in the luxury segment combines a striking
appearance with generous interior comfort combined with the brand’s
hallmark sporty flair. An edition model now brings out the imposing
presence and exclusive charisma of the BMW X7 in a particularly
concentrated form. With its unique BMW Individual design and equipment
features, the BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow underlines both the sporty
appearance and the luxury ambience of the largest SAV. The most
striking feature of the edition model is the BMW Individual special
paint finish in Frozen Arctic Grey metallic. This particularly
high-quality and elaborate variant of the body finish is now used for
the first time in a BMW X model. Additional selected variants of the
special BMW Individual paint finish will be added to the range of
optional equipment items for the BMW X7, BMW X6 and BMW X5 to coincide
with the start of production of the edition model.

The precisely coordinated details of the design and features for both
exterior and interior give the BMW X7 edition model the status of a
collector's item. The BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow will be produced at
the BMW plant in Spartanburg/USA from August 2020 onwards in a limited
edition of about 500 units. The edition model is available worldwide
and can be combined with all engines offered for the BMW X7.

The expressive paint finish of the BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow is
supplemented with the BMW Individual High Gloss Shadow Line including
extended features. This means that in addition to the side window
surrounds, the covers of the B and C columns and the exterior mirror
bases, a black chrome finish is also featured on the frame and the
bars of the BMW kidney grille, the Air Breathers and the tailpipe
covers of the exhaust system. This creates a subtle contrast to the
matt shimmering body surfaces, also emphasised by the BMW Individual
Roof Rail High Gloss Shadow Line and the sun protection glazing. The
dynamic character of the SAV is emphasised by the aerodynamically
optimised bodywork elements of the M sports package, which also forms
part of the equipment package for the edition model. Another exclusive
feature of the BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow is the 22-inch M light-alloy
wheels in V-spoke design with a Jet Black matt finish and fitted with
mixed tyres. The superior performance of the engine is accompanied by
the emotionally powerful sound of the M sports exhaust system.

An impressive combination of sporty flair and luxurious ambience also
characterises the interior of the edition model, which is available
with either six or seven seats. The driver and front passenger enjoy
the superior sporty flair of the luxurious SAV on electrically
adjustable comfort seats with memory function. An M leather steering
wheel and BMW Individual equipment details specially developed for the
BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow bear witness to the very highest level of
exclusivity. A contributing factor here is the BMW Individual Merino
full leather upholstery in the specific two-tone variant Night
Blue/Black with contrasting seams, as is the BMW Individual roof liner
in Night Blue with Alcantara finish. The upper part of the instrument
panel and the armrests of the doors are covered with nappa leather in
Night Blue. Black merino leather is used in the lower section of the
instrument panel and on the front backrests. In addition, BMW
Individual interior trim finishers in Fineline Black with aluminium
inlays contribute to the fascinating aura of the edition model’s
interior. In the centre console area, the unique design is underscored
by means of BMW Individual interior trim finishers in Piano Black
finish bearing an edition logo.

In addition to the Frozen Arctic Grey metallic version available
exclusively for the BMW X7 Edition Dark Shadow, additional special BMW
Individual finishes will be integrated into the production process at
the BMW plant in Spartanburg from August 2020. This means that the BMW
X7, BMW X6 and BMW X5 models can now also be given a particularly
high-quality finish in Urban Green and Grigio Telesto metallic.

Press Contact: Osama El-Sherif
Tel: +971-4-3129-964
E-mail: osama.el-sherif@bmwgroup.com

Press Release,G07,X7,Product,BMW

Munich. From November the third generation of the BMW
X6 will enrich the segment of Sports Activity Coupés (SAC) with its
extroverted looks, outstanding performance and provocative design.
Only a few months later, the new BMW X5 M and the new BMW X6 M will
set new standards in the high performance SAV/SAC segment from spring
2020. Powered by potent 4.4 litre V8 petrol engines with BMW M
TwinPower Turbo Technology and 441 kW/600 hp and 460 kW/625 hp in the
respective Competition variants, the new M models stand for thrilling
driving dynamics. A wide range of M Performance Parts for enhancing
the sporty character and customising the visual appeal even further
will be available for this trio of luxurious power models as well as
for the BMW X7.

These high-grade accessories developed by BMW M GmbH, are the result
of extensive motorsport expertise gained on the world’s racetracks.
All components are perfectly matched to the specific characters of the
BMW X6, BMW X7 as well as BMW X6 M and BMW X5 M. With these parts
customers can further enhance the visual appeal and sporty
characteristics of their car and customise it according to their
personal tastes. The M Performance Parts do not only affect the car’s
looks of course. They also meet the highest functional requirements
with regard to lightweight construction and aerodynamics.

Exterior: Carbon fibre for striking looks and improved aerodynamics.

The athletic character of the BMW X6 and X6 M as well as BMW X5 M can
be impressively enhanced with a large number of M Performance Exterior
Carbon Fibre components. Manufactured by hand and sealed with a clear
finish, the components are given a high-gloss polish for an impressive
depth effect. The honeycomb structure, which is so characteristic for
this material, makes these carbon-fibre reinforced plastic components
so thrilling to look at. The carbon fibre M Performance ornamental
grille for the radiator grille and the carbon fibre M Performance side
sill inserts as well as the carbon fibre rear diffuser, which will be
available shortly afterwards, give the car purebred racing flair. The
diffuser also optimises the air stream at the rear of the car together
with the M Performance high-gloss black rear fins and the M
Performance high-gloss black roof edge spoiler for the BMW X5 M. These
parts also positively affect directional stability and
straight-running capability.

M Performance Frozen Black Wrapping is another visual highlight for
the BMW X6. This consists of a matt black and grey strip with M
Performance inscription, which stretches along the side of the car and
effectively emphasises the design features of the SAC. The perfectly
matching front high-gloss black wrapping upgrades the front of the BMW
X6 while the high-gloss black model inscription enhances the rear
looks of the BMW X7. The M Performance carbon fibre exterior mirror
caps add another stylish and sporty touch to the striking looks of the
BMW X7.

Sports brake system and wheel sets for improved handling.

The M Performance brake system installed in the BMW X5 M and BMW X6 M
as standard is optionally available for the BMW X6. Thanks to its
larger, inner-vented and perforated lightweight construction brake
discs, it offers further improved braking response, optimised
deceleration even under extreme conditions as well as maximum
resilience. The brake calipers finished in red are also a visual
highlight which stand out especially in combination with open wheel
designs, For all four models a number of these are available in sizes
ranging up to 22 inches for summer wheel sets and up to 21 inches for
winter wheel sets.

The 22 inch M Performance light alloy wheel Star Spoke Styling 749 M,
available in either burnished Jet Black and matt black for the BMW X6
for example, combines physical lightness with extraordinary design and
sporty performance. Thanks to a special manufacturing process, the
wheel weighs approximately one kilogram less than a comparable cast
wheel. This optimises steering behaviour and improves driving dynamics
overall. The weight-optimised 22 inch M Performance matt/burnished Jet
Black forged wheel Y-Spoke Styling 785 M for the BMW X7 in extravagant
bicolor look also emphasises the luxurious character of the vehicle.
The M Performance light alloy wheel Double Spoke Styling 809 M with
mixed tyres (front: 295/35 ZR21 107Y XL; rear: 315/30 ZR22 107Y XL)
for BMW X5 M, BMW X6 M and its Competition models in matt Jet Black
with colour M Performance print on the other hand radiate unfiltered
motorsport ambience.

High performance atmosphere in the luxurious interior.

The already striking motorsport character of the BMW X5 M and BMW X6
M and the respective Competition models can be enhanced even further.
With the M Performance steering wheel the driver has a perfect grip on
the action even under dynamic driving conditions. This is due to the
extremely high-grip alcantara handling area with large thumbrests and
special underlining for excellent stability and a direct steering
feel. In addition to standard details such as the red centre marking
and the silver-grey, hand-sewn cross-stitch, the M Performance
steering wheel is also available with M Performance steering wheel
trim in carbon fibre with M Performance inscription and alcantara
insert. To match this, the shift paddles can also be selected in an
M Performance finish featuring carbon fabric instead of the standard
chrome surface. For example there are the M Performance floor mats
with M Performance inscription, a pennant in the hallmark M colours
and a surround in leather look including decorative seam in
contrasting colours. A very stylish motorsport-inspired extra for the
BMW X6 and BMW X7, which is standard in the BMW X5 M and BMW X6 M, are
the optionally available set of stainless steel pedal rests and the
stainless steel footrest.

Experience the M Performance spirit even when the car is stationary.

The four BMW X models radiate the thrill of motorsport and of M
Performance in particular even at a standstill. For example the M
Performance slide set for the BMW LED door projectors is a very
eye-catching option. When the doors are opened, it projects the BMW M
logo or other M Performance motifs onto the asphalt. The M Performance
key holder made of high-quality alcantara with carbon fibre insert
makes the look and feel of the the M performance idea come alive.
Thanks to internal hex screw in M Light Blue, the car key is firmly
connected to the holder and therefore effectively protected from being
scratched or damaged. The M Performance tyre bags made of high-quality
and resilient plastic protect wheels sized up to 22 inches. They not
only make storing and transporting the wheels a clean and safe affair,
but also bring a racing feel to your garage thanks to their
distinctive M Performance design. And each bag is clearly marked so
allocating tyres is easy.

CO2 EMISSIONS & CONSUMPTION.

Munich. From November the third generation of the BMW
X6 will enrich the segment of Sports Activity Coupés (SAC) with its
extroverted looks, outstanding performance and provocative design.
Only a few months later, the new BMW X5 M (fuel consumption combined:
13.0-12.8 l/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 296-291 g/km*)
and the new BMW X6 M will set new standards in the high performance
SAV/SAC segment from spring 2020. Powered by potent 4.4 litre V8
petrol engines with BMW M TwinPower Turbo Technology and 441 kW/600 hp
and 460 kW/625 hp in the respective Competition variants, the new M
models stand for thrilling driving dynamics. A wide range of M
Performance Parts for enhancing the sporty character and customising
the visual appeal even further will be available for this trio of
luxurious power models as well as for the BMW X7.

The athletic character of the BMW X6 and X6 M as well as BMW X5
M can be impressively enhanced with a large number of M Performance
Exterior Carbon Fibre components. Manufactured by hand and sealed with
a clear finish, the components are given a high-gloss polish for an
impressive depth effect. The honeycomb structure, which is so
characteristic for this material, makes these carbon-fibre reinforced
plastic components so thrilling to look at. The carbon fibre M
Performance ornamental grille for the radiator grille and the carbon
fibre M Performance side sill inserts as well as the carbon fibre rear
diffuser, which will be available shortly afterwards, give the car
purebred racing flair. The diffuser also optimises the air stream at
the rear of the car together with the M Performance high-gloss black
rear fins and the M Performance high-gloss black roof edge spoiler for
the BMW X5 M. These parts also positively affect directional stability
and straight-running capability.

The M Performance brake system installed in the BMW X5 M and BMW
X6 M as standard is optionally available for the BMW X6.

The already striking motorsport character of the BMW X5 M and
BMW X6 M and the respective Competition models can be enhanced even
further. With the M Performance steering wheel the driver has a
perfect grip on the action even under dynamic driving conditions. This
is due to the extremely high-grip alcantara handling area with large
thumbrests and special underlining for excellent stability and a
direct steering feel. In addition to standard details such as the red
centre marking and the silver-grey, hand-sewn cross-stitch, the
M Performance steering wheel is also available with M Performance
steering wheel trim in carbon fibre with M Performance inscription and
alcantara insert. To match this, the shift paddles can also be
selected in an M Performance finish featuring carbon fabric instead of
the standard chrome surface. For example there are the M Performance
floor mats with M Performance inscription, a pennant in the hallmark M
colours and a surround in leather look including decorative seam in
contrasting colours.

BMW X5 M: Fuel consumption combined: 13.0 -12.8 l/100 km; CO2

Munich. The Sports Activity Vehicle is heading for
the luxury segment. And on its way there it is undergoing a true
endurance test marathon. An equally extensive and diverse test
programme takes the camouflaged prototypes of the new BMW X7 across
challenging terrain all over the world. Earlier winter test drives on
snow and ice at the edge of the polar circle were followed by
long-distance endurance tests on desert and gravel tracks under the
South African sun. Hectic stop-and-go-traffic in the urban jungle
alternates with dynamic load tests on winding country roads and
highways. Under extreme challenges and a wide spectrum of weather and
road surface conditions the first luxury-segment BMW X model has
provided the ultimate proof of its supreme driving characteristics
within the framework of driving dynamics testing.

With its impressive appearance, exceptionally generous interior
space, sophisticated drive and suspension technology and exclusive
equipment features, the BMW X7 is the latest interpretation of
luxurious driving pleasure in the style of the Munich-based premium
brand. The combination of supreme off-road performance and superior
driving dynamics on the road so typical of a Sports Activity Vehicle
is entering a further vehicle segment. With the upcoming presentation
of the latest and also largest BMW X model at the end of 2018, BMW is
continuing its current product offensive in the luxury class with a
yet further fascinating vehicle concept. The increased presence in
this segment is one of the action fields which have been defined by
the BMW Group within the framework of its NUMBER ONE > NEXT strategy.

The prototypes of the new BMW X7 were produced at the BMW Spartanburg
plant. The competence centre for BMW X models in the US Federal State
of South Carolina will also become the place of origin for the
production model. Despite conspicuous camouflaging, the preproduction
vehicles reveal the imposing dimensions as well as the both clear and
harmonious proportions of the BMW X7.

In the new BMW X7, luxury, diversity and sportiness combine to form a
unique entity. The current tests impressively demonstrate the driving
experience that can be enjoyed in the sophisticated ambience of the
vehicle’s interior even under adverse climatic conditions and on the
most varying terrain. At the Winter Test Centre in Arjeplog, Sweden,
during hot-climate tests, but also in everyday traffic situations
around the home town of Spartanburg, the prototypes of the new BMW X7
have already had ample opportunity to convince with contemporary
luxury and supreme diversity.

Press Contact: Osama El-Sherif
Tel: +971-4-3129-964
E-mail: osama.el-sherif@bmwgroup.com

Press Release,G07,X7,Product,BMW

Presentation of the BMW X7 at the end of 2018.</pp:summary>

Munich / Spartanburg. Production of the first
pre-production models of the new BMW X7 Sports Activity Vehicle has
commenced at the BMW Group Spartanburg plant, USA. So the countdown
has started for the final twelve months leading up to the presentation
of the production car at the end of 2018. Prior to this, the vehicle
will undergo various tests under partially extreme conditions.

Knudt Flor, head of the BMW Group Spartanburg plant: “We are proud to
produce the BMW X7 here in Spartanburg, the home of our X models. This
is a very special vehicle and our employees are looking forward to yet
a further member of the X family. Together with the BMW X7, a total of
five BMW X models will be exported from Spartanburg to all four
corners of the globe.”

Camouflage wrap conceals final look.
At the plant, the
production of pre-series models serves to secure and optimise future
series production. Consequently, BMW X7 pre-production models already
use the same assembly line as the BMW X5 and BMW X6 production models.
An especially trained team realises the series production process for
new vehicle models at the plant and qualifies employees for future
series production.

The pre-production models built at the BMW Group Spartanburg plant
are handed over to development department specialists, who require
them for homologation, registration as well as for diverse testing
purposes such as endurance tests and test drives under extreme
conditions in the desert regions of Death Valley or on the ice and
snow covered slopes of Scandinavia.

The pre-production model is fitted with its camouflage wrap while
still at the plant. The conspicuous striped patterns are designed to
help conceal the new SAV’s final look as far as possible.

Fifth series from the BMW Group Spartanburg plant.
In Spartanburg, the BMW Group produces BMW X models for
the USA and the global market.
With record production figures of
more than 411,000 units in 2016, Spartanburg is currently the BMW
Group’s largest plant worldwide. Around 70 percent of the vehicles
produced in Spartanburg are exported to 140 countries throughout the
world. According to the US Ministry of Trade, the BMW Group is
therefore the largest vehicle exporter in the USA measured in export
value. Maximum annual production capacity stands at around 450,000 vehicles.

The BMW Group Spartanburg plant employs more than 9,000 people; a
further 1,000 jobs are to be added by the year 2021. Each day, 1,400
BMW X3, X4, X5 and X6 models come off the assembly line at the
Spartanburg plant; these will be complemented by a fifth series, the
BMW X7, for which the Spartanburg plant is currently preparing.

To date, the BMW Group has invested eight billion US dollars in the
production location and has built around 3.9 million vehicles since
being taken into operation on 8 September 1994.
