  <strong>Singapore</strong>. BMW Asia, Performance Motors and
  Performance Munich Autos today announced the availability of the
  all-new BMW X6, a new edition of the model that lit the fuse for an
  innovative and highly distinctive breed of car: the Sports Activity
  Coupe (SAC).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 blends the agile and versatile driving properties
  of a Sports Activity Vehicle with the head-turning looks of a coupe.
  The third-generation X6 employs a clean, exclusive design language to
  underscore its confident and commanding appearance. And advanced
  powertrain and chassis technology teams up with a wealth of
  innovations to deliver a uniquely sporting yet also luxurious driving
  experience. Like its predecessor, the all-new BMW X6 is produced in
  the US at BMW Group Plant Spartanburg.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Dynamically stretched proportions exude sporting prowess.</strong></p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 has grown by 26 millimetres in exterior length
  over the outgoing model (to 4,935 mm) and by 15 mm in width (to 2,004
  mm). It now stands 6 mm lower (at 1,696 mm) and combines dynamically
  stretched proportions with exceptional visual muscularity. The car’s
  wheelbase has increased by 42 mm to 2,975 millimetres. The large,
  single-frame BMW kidney grille is the most striking feature of the
  front end, the outer edges of the kidney grille now approaching the
  headlights at a clearly defined angle.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>If the optional BMW Laserlight with Adaptive LED headlights (standard
  on the BMW X6 M50i) is specified, a BMW Laserlight spotlight with
  Selective Beam optimises the non-dazzling high beam function, whose
  range increases to around 500 metres. BMW Laserlight can be identified
  by the blue x-shaped elements inside the signature BMW twin
  headlights. The flanks of the all-new X6 are defined by familiar BMW
  proportions, a crisply drawn character line and the dynamic roofline.
  21-inch (BMW X6 xDrive40i) and 22-inch (BMW X6 M50i) light-alloy
  wheels are fitted as standard.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Interior: an exclusive ambience imbued with sporting flair.</strong></p>
<p>The interior of the all-new BMW X6 is geared squarely to deliver an
  exclusive and dynamic driving experience. Clear structures lend the
  cabin a modern and sporty appearance. The design of the cockpit,
  complete with the new arrangement and design of the control elements,
  represents a progressive re-interpretation of the driver focus for
  which BMW is renowned. The all-new BMW X6 comes as standard with
  Vernasca leather upholstery (BMW X6 xDrive40i) and BMW Individual
  full-leather trim Merino (BMW X6 M50i).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The interior offers a high degree of variability, thanks to 40:20:40
  split rear seat backrests that can be folded down to increase boot
  capacity from 580 to 1,530 litres. Equipment features from the list of
  optional extras include multifunction seats with massage function for
  the driver and front passenger, four-zone automatic climate control
  (standard on both variants), thermoelectric cup holders, glass
  applications for selected controls (standard on BMW X6 M50i), the
  Panorama glass roof Sky Lounge, the Ambient Air interior fragrancing
  package (standard on BMW X6 M50i) and the Bowers & Wilkins
  Diamond+ 3D Surround Sound System.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Two powerful engines from launch.</strong></p>
<p>The line-up of engines available for the all-new BMW X6 from launch
  includes two petrol units from the latest generation. The model
  line-up is spearheaded by a BMW M model with a newly developed 530 hp
  V8 petrol engine. The all-new BMW X6 M50i is joined in the range by a
  straight-six petrol unit with an output of 340 hp in the all-new BMW
  X6 xDrive40i. The M Sport exhaust system fitted as standard on both
  models gives the car an unmistakable and emotionally rich aural presence.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 models come as standard with an eight-speed
  Steptronic transmission, while intelligent all-wheel drive maximises
  traction, agility and directional stability. The latest generation of
  the BMW xDrive system once again splits drive torque between the front
  and rear wheels variably and as the situation demands – only now, with
  even greater precision and speed.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>In situations which do not require all-wheel drive, drive can be
  channelled entirely to the rear wheels in the interest of efficiency.
  The xDrive system also maintains a rear-wheel bias in particularly
  dynamic driving situations. The car’s sporting attributes are aided by
  the electronically controlled M differential lock at the rear axle,
  available as part of M Sport specification or in conjunction with the
  optional xOffroad package.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Perfectly tuned chassis systems enhance sporting responses,
    comfort levels and off-road prowess.</strong></p>
<p>A double-wishbone front axle and five-link rear axle give the all-new
  BMW X6 the ideal suspension tools to deliver dynamism and ride comfort
  on the road, plus unshakable traction off the beaten track. Dynamic
  Damper Control is included as standard, the Adaptive M suspension
  Professional with active roll stabilisation and Integral Active
  Steering (standard on the BMW X6 M50i) endows the car with
  exceptionally agile and dynamic driving qualities, and the all-new BMW
  X6 is also available with two-axle air suspension including automatic
  self-levelling (standard on the BMW X6 xDrive40i). The car’s height
  can be altered at the touch of a button in the cockpit to a maximum of
  80 millimetres. An off-road package is available for the all-new BMW
  X6 xDrive40i, allowing the driver to choose from four modes that
  optimise progress over snow, sand, gravel or rocks respectively. At
  the press of a button, they can also activate the ideal settings for
  the vehicle’s ride height, the xDrive system, accelerator response,
  transmission control and the DSC system’s corrective inputs.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Innovative driver assistance systems offering new functions.</strong></p>
<p>An extensive selection of standard and optional driver assistance
  systems mark out the all-new BMW X6 as an exceptionally innovative
  Sports Activity Coupe. Fresh from the addition of myriad new
  functions, the systems do an extremely effective job in enhancing
  comfort and safety. Standard specification for the all-new BMW X6
  includes Cruise Control with braking function and the Collision and
  Pedestrian Warning with City Braking function, which also alerts the
  driver when a cyclist is detected. The Active Cruise Control system
  with Stop & Go function is available as an option. The Driving
  Assistant Professional (standard on the BMW X6 M50i) can also be found
  on the options list for the all-new BMW X6. This complete package of
  safety- and comfort-enhancing technology includes both the steering
  and lane control assistant with Traffic jam assistant and lane keeping
  assistant with active side collision protection. The Evasion Assistant
  is another component of the Driving Assistant Professional, as are the
  rear collision warning, road priority warning and wrong-way driving
  warning systems, crossing traffic warning, Lane Change Warning and the
  Emergency Stop Assistant. The innovative Reversing Assistant, which
  helps the driver when exiting parking spaces and manoeuvring within a
  confined space, represents another step en route to automated driving.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant is on hand to help the driver.</strong></p>
<p>The BMW Live Cockpit Professional in the all-new BMW X6 combines a
  new display and operating concept with unbeatable connectivity. It
  includes a high-resolution instrument cluster and a Control Display,
  both with a screen diagonal of 12.3 inches. The all-new BMW X6 comes
  with the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, an intelligent digital
  character who responds to the prompt “Hey BMW”. One unique feature
  over other digital assistants is that drivers can choose their own
  name for him. The arrival of the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant
  ensures there is always a genuine BMW professional on board. He is
  able to explain all sorts of different functions, provide up-to-date
  information and assist the driver. The range of functions and skills
  available will be constantly expanded as part of regular updates,
  which can be carried out seamlessly on a smartphone and in-car via
  Remote Software Upgrade.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 is now available for viewing at the Performance
  Motors and Performance Munich Autos showrooms.</p>

  <strong>Incomparable, irresistible: <br /></strong>
  <strong>The all-new BMW X6.</strong></p>
<p>
  <strong> </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>Jakarta</strong>. Today, BMW Indonesia introduced the second
  generation of its best-selling Sport Activity Coupé – the incomparable
  and irresistible all-new BMW X6. Boasting an even more sophisticated
  design and outstanding performance, the all-new BMW X6 strengthens its
  position as a leader in exclusive driving pleasure.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>“The BMW X6 is the only Sports Activity Coupé in its segment which
  has already posted global sales of almost quarter of a million. The
  dynamic vehicle also enjoys a special status among its BMW X model
  rivals thanks to its irresistible allure, intoxicating performance
  attributes and innovative luxury,” said Karen Lim, President Director
  BMW Group Indonesia. “Starting in June, the new BMW X6 xDrive35i will
  meet the individual requirements of Indonesian customers in terms of
  charisma, luxury and dynamics,” added Karen.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>The Design : Extrovert Athleticism </strong></p>
<p>The design of the all-new BMW X6 body combines the robust presence of
  a BMW X model with the hallmark elegance of the brand’s Coupés to
  create an athletic appearance. The long bonnet, long wheelbase, short
  front overhang and set-back passenger compartment are characteristic
  design features of a BMW. Its high window sill and large wheel arches,
  plus the short distance between the front axle and the instrument
  panel, all indicate stability, highlighting the Sports Activity
  Coupé’s ties to the BMW X model family.</p>
<p>
  <span> </span></p>
<p>Dynamic proportions and flowing lines symbolise the all-new BMW X6’s
  agile handling on the road, while the muscular aspects of the
  vehicle’s design demonstrate its versatility and appetite for action
  off the beaten track. At the front end of the vehicle, the
    <span>X-shaped contour lines of the bumper,</span> the
    <span>matt-silver underbody protection, </span>the powerful design
  of the BMW kidney grille<span> and the arrangement of the twin
    circular headlights and front foglamps are the most prominent
    signature features of a BMW X model. </span>
  <span>Sweeping chrome inserts and the three-dimensional design of the
    lights underline the sophisticated </span>
  <span>character of the </span>
  <span>Adaptive LED Headlights.</span></p>
<p>
  <span> </span></p>
<p>
  <span>The side view of the all-new BMW X6 is likewise defined by
    eye-catching lines and sharply-drawn contours. The wedge shape of
    the silhouette is accentuated by a model-specific interpretation of
    the double swage lines. At the rear, the three-dimensional LED light
    strips of the two-section, L-shaped rear lights create a striking
    night-time look. </span></p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Interior: sporting elegance, modern luxury & advanced functionality.</strong></p>
<p>The interior combines generous space with model-specific sports
  features and a luxurious ambience, while attractive design and
  equipment packages further highlight the exclusive style of the
  all-new BMW X6.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 comes with standard equipment which goes well
  beyond the previous model. <span>The ambient lighting designs included
    in the lighting package lend extra emphasis to the visual unity
    between the instrument panel and door panels. LED units arranged in
    a wrap-around contour line, as well as in other areas of the
    interior, create an alluring effect. Blue, white and orange light
    can be selected, either in monochrome or in six pre-stored
    combinations, via the iDrive system</span>
  <span>.</span></p>
<p>
  <span> </span></p>
<p>
  <span>A 10.25-inch flatscreen Control Display comes as part of the
    standard-fitted iDrive operating system. </span>Automatic tailgate
  operation and the 8-speed Steptronic sports transmission with steering
  wheel shift paddles are all included, as are leather trim, and
  four-zone air conditioning. The variability of the interior has also
  been improved. The rear seat backrests can now be split/folded
  40 : 20 : 40, allowing the capacity of the load compartment to be
  increased in stages from 580 to a maximum 1,525 litres.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <span>
    <strong>Design Pure Extravagance: lending the exterior and interior
      an exclusive aura.</strong></span></p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 comes with the Pure Extravagance equipment
  package, which adds striking, high-quality accents to the exterior.
  The Pure Extravagance package gives the all-new BMW X6 an exclusive
  appearance with a host of details, some of which – in addition to
  their uniform Cerium Grey colour scheme - also have a model-specific
  design. These include optical underbody protection elements in
  stainless steel for the front and rear apron; distinctive trim for the
  Air Breathers on the front side panels, the trim strip on the trailing
  edge of the tailgate and the exterior mirror caps; and 20-inch
  light-alloy wheels in V-spoke design and bi-colour finish with
  mixed-size tyres.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The Pure Extravagance package for the exterior is combined with the
  interior finished in ‘Dakota’ leather upholstery for the sport seats
  and BMW Individual ‘Walknappa’ leather for the instrument panel. The
  vehicle’s luxurious interior ambience is rounded off by Aluminium fine
  cutting interior trim strips.</p>
<p>
  <span>
    <strong> </strong></span></p>
<p>
  <span>
    <strong>Majestic performance: noticeably greater dynamic ability,
      fuel consumption cut by up to 22 percent & permanently active
      intelligent all-wheel drive.</strong></span></p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 is being launched as BMW X6 xDrive35i with a
  powerful three-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder petrol
  engine with twin-scroll turbocharger, Valvetronic, Double VANOS and
  High Precision Injection.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 is blessed with exceptional efficiency and great
  performance abilities, an eight-speed Steptronic sport transmission
  with average fuel consumption (as per EU test cycle) of 11.8 km/liter
  and CO2 emissions of 198g/km. The three-liter engine generates 306 hp
  and reaches 100 km/h from standstill in just 6.4 seconds with a top
  speed of 240 km/h.The standard – and permanently active – intelligent
  all-wheel-drive system, BMW xDrive, optimises traction, directional
  stability and cornering dynamics, as the situation requires.</p>
<p>
  <span> </span></p>
<p>
  <span>Further refined ride comfort can be achieved courtesy of air
    suspension at the rear axle and Dynamic Damper Control, which are
    included in the </span>
  <span>Comfort adaptive suspension package</span>.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <span>
    <strong>Extended BMW</strong></span>
  <span>
    <strong>EfficientDynamics technology as standard</strong></span>
  <span>.</span></p>
<p>As well as the COMFORT, SPORT and SPORT+ settings, the Driving
  Experience Control switch on the centre console also allows the driver
  to activate <span>ECO PRO mode</span>. <span>In </span>ECO PRO mode,
  the engine management, accelerator response and transmission
  characteristics are systematically tailored to support a very
  fuel-efficient, low-rpm driving style<span>. At the same time,
    ECO</span> <span>PRO mode also programs electrically-powered
    functions like the climate control, heated seats and heated exterior
    mirrors for extra-efficient energy management. </span>ECO PRO mode
  also includes a <span>coasting function</span>, which decouples the
  engine from the rest of the powertrain whenever the driver lifts off
  the accelerator at speeds between 50 and 160 km/h and doesn’t brake at
  the same time. This allows the new BMW X6 to coast without engine
  braking, ensuring maximised fuel efficiency.</p>
<p>
  <strong> </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>The BMW Head-Up Display.</strong></p>
<p>For the all-new BMW X6, the BMW Head-Up Display – which projects
  important information in full colour onto the windscreen – now
  includes additional content. When required, telephone contact lists
  and entertainment information can also be projected into the driver’s
  direct field of view. As well as vehicle speed, 3D graphics also show
  Check Control messages, navigation information – including lane
  recommendations – and further information supplied by the driver
  assistance systems.</p>
<p>
  <span>
    <strong> </strong></span></p>
<p>
  <span>
    <strong>Innovative features and BMW
  ConnectedDrive.<br /></strong></span>Adaptive LED headlights, Comfort
  Access and other high-class equipment underline the innovative
  character of the all-new BMW X6. Driving pleasure and long-distance
  comfort, meanwhile, is further enhanced by features including the
  Navigation System Professional with Touch Controller and
  -Harman/Kardon surround sound system with 600 W output.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The multifunctional LCD instrument display combines round instruments
  with chrome rings and high-resolution 10,25” display using black-panel
  technology. The different drive characteristics ECO PRO, Comfort and
  Sport are staged in characteristic designs in accordance with the mode
  selected at the Driving Experience Control including ECO PRO Power and
  torque readings.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The all-new BMW X6 xDrive35i will be available at BMW Authorized
  Dealers from June 2015. The vehicle will be offered at a price of Rp.
  1,889,000,000 off-the-road, and comes with BMW Service Inclusive,
  which includes free-of-charge regular maintenance for 5 years or
  60,000 km, whichever comes first, as well as a 36-month warranty
  without mileage limitations.</p>

  <strong> </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>The new BMW X6. </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>Imposing performance, exemplary efficiency. </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>Singapore. </strong>BMW Group Asia has unveiled the
  second-generation BMW X6, Sports Activity Coupé (SAC), which is armed
  with an even more potent design presence and outstanding performance.
  The new BMW X6 xDrive50i makes its local debut with the
  latest-generation V8-engine that can generate up to 450hp and a peak
  torque of up to 650Nm. </p>
<p>The BMW X6 has already posted global sales of almost 260,000 and
  enjoys a special status among BMW X model rivals thanks to its
  irresistible allure, intoxicating performance attributes and
  innovative luxury.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>“The new BMW X6 offers a majestic performance with noticeably greater
  dynamic ability at a reduced fuel consumption rate by as much as 22
  percent thanks to BMW EfficientDynamics features like BMW TwinPower
  Turbo technology, weight-saving optimisations and enhanced
  aerodynamics,” said Mr. Sethipong Anutarasoti, Corporate Affairs
  Director of BMW Group Asia. “The new BMW X6 is also powered by the
  intelligent all-wheel drive system BMW xDrive, which optimises
  traction, directional stability and cornering dynamics as the
  situation requires.”</p>
<p>The extrovert design of the new BMW X6 blends the robustness and
  versatility of a BMW X model with the sporting elegance typical of the
  brand’s Coupés. The interior combines generous space with
  model-specific sports features and a luxurious ambience, while
  attractive design and equipment packages further highlight the
  exclusive style of the new BMW X6.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Efficient Dynamics: BMW TwinPower Turbo technology. </strong></p>
<p>The flagship engine for the new BMW X6 is a V8 petrol unit. The
  latest version of the 4.4-litre engine at the heart of the new BMW X6
  xDrive50i increases the predecessor model’s maximum output by 10
  percent – to 450 hp (+43 hp) – yet posts a 22 percent drop in average
  fuel consumption. The engine’s suite of BMW TwinPower Turbo technology
  now welcomes VALVETRONIC variable valve timing alongside its two
  turbochargers and High Precision Direct Petrol Injection, endowing the
  eight-cylinder engine with improved responsiveness and pulling power
  and also giving it extra efficiency. Peak torque of 650 Nm (+50 Nm) is
  now on tap between 2,000 and 4,500 rpm, and the new BMW X6 xDrive50i
  powers from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds (+ 0.6 seconds improvement)
  against the previous model. Fuel consumption is 9.7 l/100km and CO2
  emissions stand at 227 g/km (according to average EU test cycle).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>BMW xDrive and Dynamic Performance Control: </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>Intelligent all-wheel drive and torque vectoring. </strong></p>
<p>By constantly shifting drive between the front and rear wheels as
  required, BMW xDrive provides a very special take on the driving
  pleasure for which BMW is renowned. In its latest version, the
  transfer case of the intelligent all-wheel drive displays enhanced
  efficiency and a 1.4 kg reduction in weight. The link-up between the
  all-wheel-drive system and DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) even allows
  the drive split to be adjusted in advance. As a result,
  all-wheel-drive performance is on hand even before slip can occur –
  not only on loose ground, but also through dynamically taken corners –
  and the engine’s full power is transformed into driving pleasure.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Dynamic Performance Control allows the distribution of power to be
  even more finely adjusted. Likewise electronically controlled, this
  system is integrated into the rear differential. Working in tandem
  with xDrive, it creates an intoxicating blend of handling dynamics and
  directional stability. Dynamic Performance Control, which is available
  as part of the optional Dynamic and Professional adaptive suspension
  packages, seamlessly varies the power split between the rear wheels
  (torque vectoring). This results in further noticeable improvements in
  steering response and roadholding at all speeds. Dynamic Performance
  Control maintains its stabilising action if the driver lifts off the
  accelerator through a corner.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The all-wheel driving experience is further enriched – above all off
  the beaten track – by the new xDrive status display in the Control
  Display. Boasting 3D graphics, this standard-fitted feature shows
  real-time information on body roll and pitch. In vehicles equipped
  with the optional Navigation System Professional, a compass display is
  additionally shown in the instrument cluster. Also contributing to
  safe and self-assured progress on challenging terrain is the standard
  Hill Descent Control (HDC) system.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Chassis and body: </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>A compelling fusion of dynamics and comfort. </strong></p>
<p>The ongoing evolution of the Sports Activity Coupé concept has
  enabled the new BMW X6 to offer an even broader variety of qualities
  than its predecessor. Enhanced dynamics go hand in hand with improved
  efficiency, the car’s sporting prowess and versatility have been
  optimised, as have ride comfort and safety, the cabin ambience has
  gained in luxury and interior functionality has also been taken to the
  next level. Much of the credit for this eye-catching progress across
  all areas goes to the targeted advances in chassis technology made
  with the new BMW X6 and a body structure rooted in the principle of
  intelligent lightweight design.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The combination of a double-wishbone, double-joint front axle and the
  integral rear axle patented by BMW – which proved its mettle in the
  previous model and has since benefited from detailed optimisation –
  underpins a blend of sporting agility and impressive ride comfort that
  none of its rivals can match. Further improvements have been made in
  various areas, including the car’s directional stability, the friction
  coefficient of the wheel bearings, tyre noise and weight, which has
  been reduced by 2kg at the front axle alone. The optional trailer
  coupling now has an electrically swivelling ball head and allows
  towing capacity of up to 3.5 tonnes. When in use, the trailer
  stability control system integrated into the DSC (Dynamic Stability
  Control) system is activated. This system is highly effective in
  preventing possible rolling motions through the trailer by means of
  carefully calculated brake inputs.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The new BMW X6 is fitted as standard with Electric Power Steering
  including Servotronic speed-sensitive power assistance. Meanwhile,
  Active Steering – available as an option – also adjusts the steering
  ratio to the car’s current speed. This reduces the steering effort
  required for low-speed manoeuvring, for example, and provides precise
  responses and clear feedback at high speeds. The electromechanical
  parking brake with Auto Hold function is also standard specification
  on the new BMW X6.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Intelligent lightweight design: increased body rigidity,
    reduced weight. </strong></p>
<p>The success of the intelligent lightweight design techniques applied
  in the development of the body structure for the new BMW X6 can be
  seen in the car’s fuel consumption as well as its agility in the hands
  of a sporty driver. Measures such as the considered use of high and
  ultra-high tensile as well as hot-stamped steels lend the body
  improved torsional stiffness compared with the predecessor model and
  increase the strength of the safety passenger cell.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Employing ultra-high-strength steels, and the use of thermoplastics
  in the side panels, aluminium in the bonnet and magnesium in the
  instrument panel support, all help to reduce the car’s weight.
  Overall, the significantly expanded standard specification of the new
  car compared to its predecessor has not, therefore, led to higher
  numbers on the scales. In actual fact, given identical equipment
  levels the new BMW X6 would actually be up to 40 kg lighter, depending
  on the model. Moreover, this intelligent mix of materials helps to
  achieve a virtually 50:50 weight distribution.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The new BMW X6 also sets new standards when it comes to aerodynamics.
  Air Curtains, Air Breathers, optimised airflow over the rear, air
  deflectors on the front wheel arches, cooling air flaps (depending on
  the model) which can be actively closed in both the upper and the
  lower section of the front end, and an array of other details allow
  the car’s drag coefficient to drop significantly.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Design Pure Extravagance and M Sport package: </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>For enhanced functionality and exclusivity. </strong></p>
<p>A particularly extensive selection of optional extras, the new Design
  Pure Extravagance equipment variant and the model-specific M Sport
  package create additional scope for tailoring the new BMW X6 precisely
  to individual requirements in terms of charisma, luxury and dynamics.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Customers can choose from six colours for the standard Dakota leather
  trim, including the new variants Cognac and Coral red with black
  accent seams. Also on the options list are sports seats, comfort
  seats, electric seat adjustment with memory function and active seat
  ventilation. Four-zone climate control can be specified as an
  alternative to the standard two-zone system, allowing individual
  temperature and ventilation control in the rear compartment as well.
  Driving pleasure and long-distance comfort can also be enhanced with
  features including the Navigation System Professional with Touch
  Controller, the Bang & Olufsen high-end surround-sound system and
  the new Rear Entertainment System Professional. All model variants of
  the new BMW X6 feature 19-inch light-alloy wheels as standard. Further
  19-inch as well as 20-inch light-alloys are optionally available.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Optimised functionality: variable-use load compartment, hands-free
  tailgate opening and closing. The variability of the interior has also
  been raised another notch. The rear seat backrests can now be
  split/folded 40:20:40, allowing the capacity of the load compartment
  to be increased in stages from 580 to a maximum 1,525 litres. There
  are 10/75 litres of extra storage space in the new BMW X6 compared
  with the predecessor model. Numerous stowage compartments, plus door
  pockets which can accommodate 1.5-litre bottles at the front and
  one-litre bottles in the rear, also contribute to impressive levels of
  functionality in everyday and touring use.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Automatic tailgate operation is also included in the standard
  specification for the new BMW X6. The tailgate can now be both opened
  and closed via remote control and from the driver’s seat at the touch
  of a button. Maximum convenience when it comes to loading and
  unloading the new BMW X6 is provided by the hands-free tailgate
  opening and closing function, which comes as part of the optional
  Comfort Access feature. Sensors detect foot movements underneath the
  rear apron and send out signals which prompt the electric tailgate
  into action.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The tailgate comes as standard with a Soft Close Automatic function,
  which is also available for the doors as an option. The new BMW X6 can
  also be ordered with an electrically operated glass sunroof whose
  surface has the same width but is almost 12 cm longer than on the
  predecessor model. The optional roof rails can be specified in two
  variants: high-gloss black and Aluminium satinated.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Design Pure Extravagance: </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>Lending the exterior and interior an exclusive aura. </strong></p>
<p>Customers keen to experience the new BMW X6 beyond its standard form
  may well be attracted by a design and equipment variant which provides
  a particularly vivid showcase for the assured presence and exclusive
  aura of the Sports Activity Coupé. A new Design Pure Extravagance
  option is available for both the exterior and the interior, with each
  package also available separately to complement standard
  specification. In addition, the Design Pure Extravagance line for the
  interior can be combined with the M Sport package.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The Design Pure Extravagance option for the exterior helps give the
  new BMW X6 an unmistakably exclusive appearance with a host of
  details, some of which – in addition to their uniform Cerium Grey
  colour scheme – also have a model-specific design. These include
  optical underbody protection elements in stainless steel for the front
  and rear apron, illuminated door sill strips and footplates in
  aluminium for the driver’s and front passenger’s door, kidney grille
  bars with a distinctive geometry, bespoke inserts and bars for the air
  intakes, distinctive trim for the Air Breathers on the front side
  panels, the trim strip on the trailing edge of the tailgate, and the
  exterior mirror caps. Adding a unique flourish to the side view is the
  combination of exterior mirror bases and B- and C-pillar trim in
  high-gloss black, plus aluminium surrounds in Cerium Grey for the side
  windows and exterior mirror caps. Another exclusive feature of the
  Design Pure Extravagance line for the exterior are 20-inch light-alloy
  wheels in V-spoke design and bi-colour finish with mixed-size tyres.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The Design Pure Extravagance package for the interior is available in
  a choice of two similarly stylish variants sporting different colour
  schemes. This option centres around Exclusive Nappa leather trim with
  extended features, an equipment item that includes seat surfaces in
  the new Ivory White/Black or Cognac/Black bi-colour variants. The
  particularly high-grade leather in Ivory White or Cognac is applied to
  the seats, centre console, armrests and door panels. In addition, the
  upper-arm trim panels and instrument panel are both lined with black
  fulled leather which, like the black bolsters of the seat surfaces and
  backrests, are adorned with contrast stitching. Depending on the
  colour selected for the leather trim, the car’s exclusive interior
  ambience is rounded off by American Oak or Fineline Stripe fine wood
  interior trim strips. The Design Pure Extravagance line for the
  interior also comprises a car key with buttons in Pearl Gloss Chrome.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>
  <strong>Making a clear case for maximum dynamics: </strong></p>
<p>
  <strong>M Sport package for the new BMW X6. </strong></p>
<p>A model-specific M Sport package can also be ordered for the new BMW
  X6 from launch. The dynamic character of the Sports Activity Coupé is
  accentuated by aerodynamically optimised body elements with large air
  intakes at the front end, strikingly contoured side skirts, a diffuser
  insert for the rear apron, as well as a bespoke BMW kidney grille
  design with bars in aluminium matt and high-gloss chrome exhaust
  tailpipe embellishers in the style of the eight-cylinder model. The
  lower borders of the wheel arches along with the side skirts are
  painted in body colour. The M Sport package also includes BMW
  Individual High-gloss Shadow Line trim, 19-inch M light-alloy wheels
  in twin-spoke design, Adaptive M suspension with specially tuned
  Dynamic Damper Control, and rear-axle air suspension with automatic self-levelling.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>As well as aluminium door sill strips bearing the M logo and the
  anthracite-coloured BMW Individual roof liner, features including
  electrically adjustable sports seats for the driver and front
  passenger in leather/Alcantara, interior trim strips in Aluminium
  Hexagon and an M leather steering wheel all combine to bring an
  intense aura of sporty driving to the interior of the new BMW X6. A
  specially designed car key is also part of the M Sport package.</p>
<p>The new BMW X6 will also be available on indent basis in two other
  engine variants; BMW X6 xDrive35i and BMW X6 xDrive30d.</p>
<p>The new BMW X6 is available for viewing at Performance Motors’
  showroom from 15 January 2015.</p>
