Gurugram. BMW Group India today announced the winners of the 16th edition of the BMW Golf Cup 2026 final, held at DLF Golf and Country Club, Gurugram. Anish Bhujle – Category A and Vikas Mahajan – Category B emerged victorious in their respective handicap categories and will represent India at the BMW Golf Cup World Final scheduled to be held in South Africa in March 2027.

The national final brought together 40 leading amateur golfers who qualified through regional tournaments held at spectacular golf courses across Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Vadodara, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Patna, Kolkata and Gurugram. This season attracted 2,300 participants, the finalist competed for national honours and the opportunity to represent India at the pinnacle of the BMW Golf Cup.

At the final, Anish Bhujle from Mumbai claimed the title in Category A for handicaps upto 12, while Vikas Mahajan from Muradabad won the Category B for handicaps 13-28. The two champions will form Team India at the BMW Golf Cup World Final, competing against leading amateur golfers from participating nations.

Over two intensive days, participants embark on a hands-on learning journey with the iconic BMW M cars. The curriculum integrates advanced driving theory with extensive track time, helping drivers sharpen precision, control and confidence.

Certified BMW instructors train participants on a structured skill sets such as, familiarisation  of the features of BMW M cars and train to master skills such as Controlling a Drift, Throttle Control, Maintaining a Drift, Exiting a Drift, Half Circle Drift, Exiting a Half Circle Drift with style, Full Circle Drift, Maintaining a Full Circle Drift (clockwise and anticlockwise) and Transition Drifting on a Figure 8. 

Participants who successfully complete the training will be certified and will earn the Drift Pilot - Red Badge of Honour and lay a strong foundation for their journey toward the prestigious Drift Marshal title.

Gurugram. The BMW Golf Cup 2023 tournament national finals concluded at DLF Golf and Country Club, Gurugram. The most prestigious amateur golf tournament witnessed the 39 regional tournament winners fight for supremacy in its grand finale.

Mr. Arhaan Nanda, Mr. Akshay Ojha and Ms. Oona Khanna are the national final winners and will proudly represent India at the World Final of the BMW Golf Cup which is scheduled to be held in South Africa.

Gurugram. BMW awarded a BMW M3 to Mr. Duncan Stewart from Scotland, who scored a Hole-in-One in the Hero Indian Open tournament. Mr. Vikram Pawah, President, BMW India handed over the keys of the BMW M3 to Mr. Stewart at a Hole-in-One prize distribution ceremony held on the Gary Players Course at DLF Golf and Country Club on 11 March 2017.

The hole-in-one challenge is an extraordinarily tempting offer, but one that most pros have yet to take up. To win the BMW M3, the criteria was to meet two important conditions: first, the golfer must score a hole-in-one; and second, it must be on the specific hole where the BMW M3 was to be awarded as the prize.

Mr. Duncan Stewart struck the third Hole-in-One of his professional golf career with a six-iron from 178 yards on the par-three fifth hole at the DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram.

Mr. Frank Schloeder, President (act.), BMW India handed over the keys of the BMW Z4 to Mr. Lee at a prize distribution ceremony held on 4 December 2016.
