  <strong>Woodcliff Lake, NJ – June 26, 2025… </strong>BMW announced
  today two changes to the executive leadership teams at BMW of North
  America and BMW Financial Services North America. Effective August 1,
  2026, Patrick Clark will assume the role of Vice President, Sales
  & Marketing at BMW Financial Services North America. Grant Paullo
  will succeed Clark as Regional Vice President, Central Region, BMW of
  North America.</p>
<p>Clark initially joined BMW Financial Services North America in 1996
  where, over the next 24 years, he held leadership positions across
  Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing, including field leadership
  in the Southern Region. In 2020, he transitioned to BMW of North
  America as Regional Sales Manager for the Central Region before
  assuming leadership of BMW Canada's sales business in 2024. Most
  recently, Clark served as Regional Vice President for BMW of North
  America’s Central Region, where he led the team to record sales in 2025.</p>
<p>Clark will report to Ole Jensen, President and CEO of BMW Financial
  Services North America and leverage his broad leadership experience to
  drive continued profitable growth and advance BMW Financial Services'
  strategic objectives.</p>

  combination of financial services expertise, sales leadership and deep

<p>Concurrently, Grant Paullo will take over leadership for BMW of North
  America’s Central Region, with responsibility for all sales,
  marketing, aftersales and center development functions across 12
  midwestern states and 78 BMW dealers in the region. He will report
  directly to Shaun Bugbee, Executive Vice President, Operations, BMW of
  North America.</p>
<p>"Throughout his career, Grant has earned the trust and respect
  of our retailers and associates through his collaborative leadership
  and focus on results," said Shaun Bugbee, Executive Vice
  President, Operations, BMW of North America. "His extensive
  regional leadership experience makes him the ideal choice to lead the
  Central Region as Regional Vice President, and I am confident he will
  build on the region's strong momentum."</p>
<p>Paullo brings more than 25 years of experience with BMW Group in the
  U.S. to his new role, first with BMW Financial Services North America
  and later with BMW of North America. Since 2005, he has held positions
  across Network Development, Sales & Marketing and Aftersales in
  the Eastern and Central Regions. Most recently, he served as
  Department Head of Sales and Marketing for the Central Region, where
  he was responsible for driving sales performance and strengthening
  retailer partnerships.</p>

  <strong>Woodcliff Lake, NJ – July 3, 2025… </strong>BMW of North
  America today announced the appointment of Leigh Moynihan as Vice
  President of Marketing, effective August 1, 2025. She succeeds Marcus

<p>In her new position, Moynihan will oversee all marketing
  communications for the BMW brand in the U.S. including advertising,
  retail marketing, consumer experience and brand partnerships, CRM, and

<p>Moynihan joins BMW with nearly 25 years of marketing, advertising,
  and brand development experience, most recently serving as Vice
  President, Head of Marketing for Volvo Car USA & Canada Region.
  During her seven-year tenure at Volvo, she helped steward a return to
  the brand’s core values of safety and sustainability—resulting in
  award-winning campaigns and accolades. </p>

  insight, and brand-building expertise to BMW at a dynamic time in our

<p>Moynihan began her career in sports marketing during the 2000 Summer
  Olympics, then advanced through leadership roles at top agencies
  supporting partners such as Procter & Gamble. She later held
  senior marketing roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Mastercard,
  and most recently at Volvo, where she earned a reputation for
  developing innovative strategies that drive both performance and brand equity.</p>

  Financial Services North America announced today that Ole Jensen would
  succeed Birgit Boehm as the President and CEO of BMW Group Financial
  Services in the U.S. and Head of BMW Group Financial Services, Region
  Americas, effective August 1, 2025. He has served as the company’s
  Chief Financial Officer since October 2021. </p>
<p>In his new role, Jensen will take on responsibility for leading
  business strategy and operations for BMW Group Financial Services in
  the United States, with additional oversight for the company’s
  operations in Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.</p>
<p>“Ole has been an integral part of the BMW Group Financial Services
  leadership team for two decades,” said Gerald Holzmann, Global Head of
  BMW Group Financial Services. “His strong global perspective—paired
  with the local insight and relationships he’s built with the Americas
  team these past four years—will serve him well as the new President
  & CEO of BMW Group Financial Services in North America. We wish
  him all the best in his new role.” </p>
<p>Jensen began his career at BMW Group Financial Services in Munich on
  the Risk Management team in July 2005. Since then, he has held several
  roles at the company including Chief Financial Officer positions at
  BMW Group Financial Services in Seoul, South Korea and at BMW Bank
  Milan, Italy</p>
<p>Boehm leaves her post at BMW Group Financial Services to become the
  President & CEO of BMW Brilliance Automotive (BBA), BMW Group’s
  joint venture in China whose business operations include R&D,
  procurement, production, sales, and after-sales services of BMW
  automobiles in China. She initially joined the BMW Group as Senior
  Vice President, Finance and Group Treasurer in Munich in 2018 before
  moving to the U.S. in 2022. </p>
<p>Succeeding Jensen as Chief Financial Officer of BMW Group Financial
  Services in the U.S. is Tobias Essig, who has been the General Manager
  of Finance and Administration for BMW Group Spain and Portugal since
  2020. Essig began his career with the BMW Group in 1997 and has held
  Chief Financial Officer positions for the company in the UK, Thailand,
  and South Africa, and Head of Reporting and Global Business Planning
  for BMW Group Financial Services.</p>

  executive leadership team. Effective July 1, 2025, Broderick McKinney
  will assume the role of Vice President, Used Cars, succeeding Rocio
  Carrascosa who will return to Spain to become the CEO of the Spanish
  branch of BMW Bank GmbH.</p>
<p>McKinney joins BMW Group Financial Services, NA from BMW of North
  America, where he currently serves as Vice President, Central Region,
  responsible for leading all sales, marketing, aftersales, and center
  development functions across the midwestern U.S. market. McKinney
  assumed leadership of the Central Region in 2020 and led the region to
  record new vehicle sales in the last two years.</p>
<p>In his new role, McKinney will report directly to Birgit Boehm,
  President and CEO of BMW Group Financial Services, NA, and serve as a
  member of the BMW Group Financial Services Executive Committee.</p>

  Services, NA team as he takes over the pre-owned business, a critical
  component of our operations,” said Boehm.  "With his extensive
  experience within the sales company and working alongside our dealer

<p>McKinney initially joined BMW of North America as a Market Sales
  Operations Manager in the Chicago Market in 2003. During his time with
  the BMW Group, McKinney has also served as Department Head for MINI,

  Effective July 1, 2025, Patrick Clark will assume the role of Vice
  President, Central Region, with responsibility for all sales,
  marketing, aftersales and center development functions across 12
  midwestern states and 78 BMW dealers in the region. Clark succeeds
  Broderick McKinney who will become Vice President, Used Cars at BMW
  Group Financial Services, NA. </p>
<p>Clark will rejoin BMW of North America from BMW Canada where he
  currently serves as Director, National Sales & Network
  Development. He will report directly to Shaun Bugbee, Executive Vice
  President, Operations, BMW of North America.</p>
<p>“Under Patrick’s leadership and guidance, BMW achieved record sales
  results for both BEV and M models in Canada, while simultaneously
  gaining market share against key competitors,” said Bugbee. “We’re
  happy to welcome Patrick back to the U.S. – and back to the Central
  Region where he successfully steered sales prior his move to the
  Canadian market in 2024.”  </p>
<p>Clark’s career with the BMW Group began with BMW Group Financial
  Services, NA in 1996. He spent 24 years within the organization
  working primarily in the Regional Services Center rotating through
  positions in Finance and Operations. He then gained valuable
  experience working in the Southern Region as a Financial Services
  Sales and Marketing Manager before joining BMW North America as the
  Regional Sales Manager for the Central Region in 2020. </p>

  America, and serve as a member of the BMW of North America Executive

<p>With a BMW Group career spanning nearly 25 years, Kindler has worked
  in the U.S. before as a Planning and Reporting Manager at BMW of North
  America from 2006 to 2010.  In addition, he</p>
<p>has served as Chief Financial Officer for the BMW owned retail
  outlets in Germany.  In 2020, Kindler took on a dual role, leading the
  controlling function of the BMW Group’s Chinese joint venture, and
  heading the digitization department at group controlling. Most
  recently, Kindler was the Finance and Compliance Director for the BMW
  Group’s production plants Oxford, Swindon, and Hams Hall in the United
  Kingdom, with responsibility for financial steering, cost compliance,

  <strong>Woodcliff Lake, NJ – June 5, 2024… </strong>Manfred Grunert,
  Vice President, Government Affairs and Communications, Americas, is
  pleased to announce the following changes within the BMW of North
  America Corporate Communications team, effective June 1, 2024.</p>
<p>Thomas Plucinsky, currently Head, BMW Group Product Communication
  will transition to the newly formed position as Head, BMW Group
  Classic USA. In his new role, Tom will oversee all BMW Group Classic
  division activities in the USA and Canada. Working closely with the
  BMW Group Classic in Munich, Tom will be responsible for
  communications of the BMW Group brands from a historical context. He
  will work with the various official clubs (car and motorcycle) and
  individual collectors to strengthen the BMW community in the U.S. and
  Canada. He will be responsible for growing the classic parts business
  in North America and will manage the BMW USA Classic Collection fleet
  of historically significant vehicles, artifacts, and archives. As part
  of his portfolio of topics, Tom will continue to be responsible for
  the communications of BMW M Motorsport activities in North America.
  With 35 years of experience at BMW in a variety of functions, in two
  subsidiaries, Tom has a deep knowledge of the company and its products
  plus a genuine passion for the history while also understanding the
  transformational forces that are currently reshaping the company.</p>
<p>Mariella Kapsaskis, currently Head of BMW NA Corporate
  Communications, will add oversight of BMW Group product communications
  to her role, and assume the new title of Department Manager, Corporate
  and Product Communications. In this new position, Mariella will take
  on full responsibility for all U.S. corporate, product, and technology
  communications topics, and management of the U.S. team, with the goal
  of shaping, promoting, and protecting the reputation of the company,
  its products, brands, and business in the market both externally and internally. </p>
<p>Mariella’s eighteen years of communications experience spans a
  variety of sectors from technology to fashion, luxury and automotive
  both on the agency side and in-house, working on the corporate
  communications teams both at Lands’ End and later Mercedes-Benz USA. 
  She came to BMW of North America in 2015 to head up corporate and
  product communications for MINI USA and has taken on various
  leadership roles in the department since then.</p>
<p>Both Tom and Mariella will report directly to Manfred Grunert.  <a name="_Hlk168477165"></a></p>
<p>As part of this new structure, Phil DiIanni will take on an expanded
  role in the department. In addition to his current responsibilities as
  the U.S. corporate communications and external media relations lead
  for business, sales, marketing, and culture topics, Phil will now also
  have responsibility and oversight for technology, innovation, and
  sustainability communications and initiatives. </p>
<p>Alex Schmuck, currently Manager, BMW Product & Technology
  Communications and BMW Performance Center Communications also expands
  his area of responsibility to include oversight of MINI and BMW
  Motorrad communications in the U.S.  He will assume the new title of
  Manager, BMW Group Product Communications, U.S. </p>
<p>Kathryn Vallis adds digital communications to her current
  responsibilities for internal and executive communications and assumes
  the new title of Sr. Specialist Executive, Internal and Digital
  Communications. Kathryn is currently responsible for the planning and
  execution of all employee communications, internal events and
  initiatives, across the BMW Group business units in the U.S. She will
  now also have oversight and responsibility for the digital
  communications tools for the department including press websites,
  media analytics, and the corporate communications social channels.  </p>
<p>Esther Mansfield adds strategy, planning, and steering to her current
  scope and assumes the new title of Sr. Specialist BMW Group Corporate
  Communications Events. In this position, Esther will continue to
  oversee all BMW Group media activations in the U.S. while expanding
  her responsibilities to lead the alignment between BMW Group
  communication strategies and goals with existing and new communication
  event platforms. </p>

      <strong>.</strong> Dr. Friedrich Nitschke (56) will take over as
      managing director of BMW M GmbH effective 1 May of this year.
      Nitschke was previously responsible for the MINI Series within the
      Development division, and has held various management positions in
      the Controlling and Development divisions since joining the
      company in 1978.</p>
    <p> </p>
    <p>The current managing director of BMW M GmbH, Dr. Kay Segler (56),
      will be responsible for MINI brand management in the future.
      Segler has been with the company since 1988, mainly in management
      functions within the Sales and Marketing division, both in Germany
      and abroad. He previously managed the MINI brand between 2004 and
      2008. He is now set to continue the brand’s successful
      growth story.</p>
