Woodcliff Lake, NJ – October 13, 2026…U.S. Bank is
launching redesigned BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad Mastercard®
credit card products that offer cardholders enhanced rewards
value, integrated with their BMW experience, and payment flexibility.

The new cards, with Mastercard as their network, help consumers
convert rewards earned on their everyday spend into the purchase or
lease of their next BMW. The unique benefits reward cardholders when
they use their card for purchasing and redeeming for their beloved BMW
products. They can earn triple rewards for every dollar spent on BMW
purchases and double points value for redemption at BMW dealerships.
Eligible cardholders can take advantage of a special six-month
ExtendPay installment payment plan with no fees or interest when
paying for BMW, MINI or BMW Motorrad sales and services. The card also
has a first-time bonus of 10,000 points, when $500 is spent within the
first 90 days, and 0% on eligible purchases and balance transfers for
  the first 12 billing cycles.

“BMW is the leading premium automotive brand that has created fierce
loyalty with its customers. U.S. Bank’s upgraded BMW-branded credit
card is designed to reward this loyalty,” said Tanuj Suri, head of
co-brand cards at U.S. Bank. “Our compelling new card benefits enable
BMW customers to earn rewards rapidly when they make everyday
purchases, but especially for BMW purchases. Those rewards multiply
when used for BMW products and services, including the ability to
automatically apply rewards against a BMW Financial Services Loan.”

“BMW Financial Services is an important part of the overall customer
experience, and we are always looking for new ways to deliver greater
value and flexibility to our customers,” said Ole Jensen, President
& CEO, BMW Financial Services North America. “These enhanced card
benefits make it easier for customers to turn their everyday spending
into meaningful rewards they can use – from purchases and service at
our dealerships, to their BMW Financial Services loan or lease.”

When BMW, MINI or BMW Motorrad customers enroll their eligible loan
or lease, any points are worth double when applied to that loan or
lease. For example, that means 10,000 points are worth $200 when
applied toward your BMW Financial Services loan or lease instead of
$100. For more information, visit online here.

SUPPORTING HEALING AND WELLNESS WITH ART

Spartanburg, SC, Dec. 11, 2015 – When it comes to the healing
process, it’s not all about doctors and medicine. Emotional and mental
wellbeing plays a large role in recovery time, especially with
children, who are often frightened and lonely during their hospital
stay. Making pediatrics units inviting, decorative and bright is one
way to make children feel more at ease.

Thanks to BMW Financial Services NA, LLC, a large colorful painting
now hangs on the wall in Spartanburg Medical Center’s pediatrics
unit. The 12-bed pediatrics unit at Spartanburg Medical Center,
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System’s flagship hospital, is staffed
with 22 clinical staff members and serves more than 200 patients a month.

“It means a lot to receive art work like this,” said Devonne
Gerstenacker, MSN, RN, CPN, CPS and nurse manager of pediatrics.
“Having a bright environment makes our patients feel happier and
that’s a big part of healing.”

“The paintings brighten up the area,” said patient care associate
Martha Scott, RN. “We need that for our patients, many of whom are in
the same room and surroundings for extended periods of time undergoing
  tough treatments.”

This is one of many community support programs BMW Financial Services
engages in all over the country. The company culture is rooted in
sustainability, responsibility and giving back to local communities.
During its annual “Driving Force” event, BMW Financial Services
executives and dealers, together participate in community outreach.

“Corporate Social Responsibility is in our DNA, said, Ed Robinson,
CEO, BMW Financial Services. “We work closely with our dealers and
invite them to join our efforts in local communities. Our teams have
renovated a school in Punta Mita, Mexico, contributed to a foundation
for sea turtle rescue and research in Boca Raton, Florida, donated to
a number of Seeing Eye Dog programs, and now collaborated on a
colorful six-panel mural-like painting to brighten the hospital and
treatment facilities. It’s a wonderful part of our culture.”

BMW FS collaborated on the project with the Atlanta-based Foundation
for Hospital Art, which provides art kits and other support for
volunteers to create paintings. The Foundation for Hospital Art
connected BMW Financial Services with Spartanburg Regional
Foundation’s Healing Arts Program. Spartanburg County, in South
Carolina, is home to the BMW Manufacturing Co., the BMW Performance
Center and the BMW Zentrum Museum.

WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ – February 25, 2014 – With the
launch of the BMW i3, the brand’s first premium electric vehicle, BMW
Group Financial Services becomes one of the first in the industry to
create a financial solution to ownership that provides eligible
customers with the options to lower their monthly payment and return
the vehicle at the end of their contract term. The financing product
called ‘OwnersChoice with Flex,’ provides eligible BMW i3 customers
the option to increase their final OwnerChoice balloon payment due at
the end of their contract term by up to $7,500. This increased final
balloon payment reduces the amount of the customer’s required monthly
payment. Eligible buyers of a new i3 may also be able to receive a
Federal EV Income Tax Credit. Customers should consult with tax
professionals to determine if they qualify for the tax credit as
eligibility is complicated and subject to change.

According to Fred Isele, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
BMW Group Financial Services, ‘OwnersChoice,’ is similar to a lease
program in that the retail contract provides low monthly payments
followed by a balloon payment at the end – however, the distinct
  difference remains in ownership.

“Owners can gain a comfortable payment for one of the highest
technological and efficient premium electric vehicles available to
date, and know that we’ve created end-of-term options including
optional return of the vehicle, while providing them a means to own
  the vehicle,” said Isele.

End-of-term options include completing the purchase of the car by
paying the full balloon payment due at the end of their contract term,
or returning the car in exchange for a pre-determined vehicle price
and paying the remaining amount of the balloon payment at that time.

‘OwnersChoice’ will be available in 46 states for the new BMW i3
subject to credit approval, state restrictions, and other conditions.
Isele notes that while the program provides ownership, it includes a
walkaway vehicle return option similar to a lease.

Woodcliff Lake, NJ, April 23, 2012 – BMW
Financial Services has taken the next step in offering its Ultimate
  Lease customer a smoother, less-stressful lease-end experience –
and overall simpler leasing experience – with the introduction
of its BMW Lease Protection Program.

“Our new BMW Lease Protection product , which some might refer
to as extended-wear-and-tear coverage, virtually eliminates the
potential out-of-pocket costs of common repairs at lease-end ,
thus making the leasing experience that much more pleasurable,”
explained Lisa McPherson, BMW Financial Services general manager of
insurance. “This is our latest program to make leasing a BMW (or
a MINI) a pleasurable experience and minimizing issues surrounding
wear and tear, tire and wheel problems and minor dings and dents which
may become apparent when the vehicle is returned at the end of the lease.”

BMW Lease Protection joins BMW Tire & Wheel Protection, BMW
Paintless Dent Repair and BMW Windshield Protection to provide
coverage for everyday mishaps. These same programs are offered to MINI customers.

“One of the reasons people lease cars is for a virtually
worry-free driving experience, one which enables them to enjoy their
vehicles for the life of the lease and then either walk away or move
into their next BMW or MINI,” explained McPherson. “We
understand this and are continually upgrading the BMW Ultimate Lease
to make the experience that much more pleasurable and rewarding for
  the BMW Financial Services customer.

“Taking the costly surprises out of the lease experience by
providing BMW-level protection is the obvious way to do just that.”

The BMW Lease Protection Program, which must be purchased at time of
new-vehicle delivery, covers up to $3,750 in billed excess wear and
use charges at turn in (not during the life of the lease). Items
  covered by the program include:

- Dents and dings

- Tires

- Wheels

- Upholstery, rips, tears

- Glass

- Headlamps
(including Xenon), fog lamps, tail-lamp assemblies

- Bumpers, step
  bumpers, surrounding trim

- Navigation/display screen

- Factory
  entertainment system

- Convertible tops

- Carpets

- Mufflers and tail pipes

- Rubber door seals

- Mirrors, mirror
  covers and housing

- Name-plate badges
  and hood ornaments

- Moldings, trim,
  metal and chrome

- Missing parts (up
  to $300 per occurrence)

The process for determining excess wear and use occurs at the
lease-end inspection, generally performed at the BMW Center. There an
inspector reviews the vehicle, noting if there are any items in need
of attention. If so, the information is presented to the customer (who
will receive a comprehensive lease-end inspection report) and the
claim is submitted to BMW Financial Services directly by the dealer
  – the customer does not have to do anything.

Woodcliff Lake, NJ – March 13…A pair of
industry-leading protection programs tailored for BMW motorcycle
owners recently introduced by BMW Financial Services have the
potential to significantly reduce the impact of physical and financial
obstacles on riders of the German-made motorcycles.

The BMW Motorrad (motorcycle) Tire & Wheel Protection plan will
provide replacements should the covered BMW motorcycle’s tires
or wheels suffer any road hazard damage during the plan period, which
can be purchased in one-to-five-year increments.

The BMW Motorrad GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) product protects a
BMW motorcycle owner who financed his or her motorcycle through BMW
Financial Services should their motorcycle be totaled or stolen and
their insurance carrier determine its value as less than that of the
  loan balance.

“Our customers and dealers have asked us to provide these
products to ensure every aspect of the BMW motorcycle ownership
experience is as positive as we can make it,” explained Lisa
McPherson, BMW Financial Services general manager of insurance.
“Products like this have existed in the marketplace, but our
products are designed to meet the needs of the BMW customer and BMW dealer.”

Both products are available through authorized BMW Motorrad dealers
and must be secured at the same time the motorcycle is purchased.

Replacement – never repair – constitutes a key part of
the Motorrad Tire & Wheel Protection Product with OEM or
OEM-approved parts installed when the originals are damaged due to
road hazards, including glass, metal, potholes, debris, nails,
  blowouts, etc.

“Road hazards are everywhere, regardless of topography
and climate,” said McPherson. “Now a BMW motorcyclist can
ride out of the dealership secure in knowing regardless of the
obstacles he or she might encounter, should something happen to a
relatively expensive wheel and/or tire, a BMW-specific replacement is
fully covered at no additional expense.

“Unfortunately, road hazards are a fact of life and wheels and
tires take the brunt of them. This program provides just the kind of
  protection our customers want.”

Within the maximum $25,000 claim allowed under the Motorrad GAP is up
to $1,000 of the customer’s primary insurance deductible. In
addition, the coverage is available on both used and new motorcycles.

“We are going even one step further than the competition by
offering our GAP coverage to non-BMW motorcycle buyers when they
purchase their rides through one of our authorized dealers,”
said McPherson. “Again, this product is about the BMW ownership
experience and we want to help our dealers provide it to all of their customers.”

Press Contact: Roy Oliemuller
Tel: +1-201-307-4082
E-mail: roy.oliemuller@bmwna.com

Press Release,BMW Motorrad,Financial Services

Humorous Tone in BMW Financial Services’ Newest Social Media
Platform Stays Relevant While Enforcing Security and Reliability for

	Woodcliff Lake, NJ – August 9, 2011
	– BMW
Group Financial Services has launched a three-part- series of viral
videos to demonstrate the significance of authenticity within
one’s vehicle, as well as promoting its own extended vehicle
protection program. The “Natural” campaign incorporates
both humor and validity through a mixture of memorable viral and print
visuals. As a captive finance organization, BMW Financial
Services is continuing to seek relevant means to highlight serious
vehicle coverage and will be promoting the campaign through the BMWUSA
YouTube Channel, as well as the new Financial Services tab on BMW
	USA’s Facebook fan page.

“With social media such a significant part of our
consumers’ lifestyle, we want to remain relevant to our
customers’ every need,” said Shaun Bugbee, vice president
of sales and marketing for BMW Group Financial Services.
“Our Extended Vehicle Protection plan is a necessity for all
owners, and by using a humorous, yet informative, means to remind
consumers of its intention, we can stay top-of-mind without being intrusive.”

BMW Financial Services’ “Natural” Campaign promotes
the company’s Extended Vehicle Protection Plan and through three
separate viral video spots exemplifies the use of original BMW
replacement parts, showcased through humorous visuals to portray the
tagline that “some things just aren’t natural.”

The spots, produced by NYC-based G2 USA, a WPP company, began the
week of July 18th, and enforce the idea of remaining authentic while
highlighting various animals in a funny way, depicting
  “un”natural body parts, ie., a horse with zebra legs;
penguins with a toucans beak; and a lion with a water buffalo
horn. All CGI work was produced by QuietMan of NYC. The
videos can be viewed through the company’s facebook fan page
  directly at

under the “financial services” tab) or through
	http://www.youtube.com/user/BMWUSA
	.

The Extended Vehicle Protection Plan is an assurance that the brand
stands behind all service contracts and not only guarantees 100
percent original BMW replacement parts, but offers additional security
  and benefits including:

Covered repairs performed at an authorized BMW repair facility

Use of only original BMW parts (vehicle safety and advanced
components not compromised by inferior parts)

24-hour BMW Roadside Assistance, in the unlikely event of a breakdown

Protection of vehicle resale value

A worry-free ownership experience

All repairs are performed by trained BMW Technicians who use only new
  or remanufactured original BMW parts.

Captive Finance Leader in J.D. Power Acknowledgement -- Highlights
Twenty-two Top Consumer and Dealer Financing Awards Received Since
1997 and 8 Consecutive Years of Recognition for Dealer Financing Satisfaction

Woodcliff Lake, NJ – July 29, 2011 –BMW
Group Financial Services continues its notable record as having earned
more J.D. Power Dealer Financing Satisfaction Awards than any other
captive finance organization in North America, with its 2011
recognition within the Prime Retail Credit category. Tying for
first place in the segment, this year’s award marks the
Group’s 22nd consumer and dealer financing award, and the eighth
consecutive year of being recognized for dealer financing satisfaction.

“We are proud to consistently find recognition within this
coveted award program,” said Ed Robinson, President and Chief
Executive Officer for BMW Group Financial Services. “As a
captive finance group, our goal is always to exceed the expectations
of our dealers and continued acknowledgement by JD Power only enhances
our credibility with our dealers, as well as customers. We are
extremely proud of our Associates who also service Canada and Mexico
from our Regional Services Center in Hilliard, Ohio and earn this
  recognition with their daily commitment.”

Robinson noted that despite industry turmoil over the past several
years, dealer satisfaction continues to grow. “We are
making great strides through the use of innovation and mobile
technology that delivers world-class service for our dealers, and
  thus, our mutual clientele.”

  Dealer Finance Excellence

World Class Service by BMW Financial Services Remains Consistent as
Company Earns Highest Ranked Retail Leasing Position for 7th
  Consecutive Year

Woodcliff Lake, NJ, August 2, 2010 -- BMW Group Financial Services
has once again outperformed the automotive finance industry by earning
three-out-of-three top awards as recognized by the 2010 J.D. Power and
Associates Awards for excellence in dealer financing satisfaction.
With a total of 21 J.D. Power and Associates Awards earned since 1997,
BMW Group Financial Services has received more J.D. Power Awards for
dealer and consumer financing satisfaction than any luxury
automaker. In addition to earning the highest ranking position
for Retail Leasing for the 7th consecutive year, the company also
ranked highest in the Floor Planning category, as well as earned the
highest ranking for Prime Retail Credit through its Alphera division,
the company’s non-captive organization which provides financial
services to dealers beyond the BMW Group franchised network.

According to Ed Robinson, President and Chief Executive Officer, BMW
Group Financial Services, the company is enormously energized by the
phenomenal success these awards reflect on all its associates.
“To receive such accolades during a year which presented a
multitude of challenges within the financial landscape, shows the
dedication our entire team provides,” says Robinson.
“Of equal importance is that our dealers clearly understand and
value our total commitment to servicing their financial needs.”

Robinson also noted that the commitment between BMW Financial
Services and its dealer network remains mutual, as evidenced through
the company’s continued commercial growth, despite recent
economic difficulties. In spite of the challenging business
environment, we were able to increase the number of floor plan dealers
in 2009, while providing uninterrupted funding for our existing dealer
base. These dealers are in addition to the more than 50 percent of BMW
Group dealers already on board with floor planning.

Robinson stated that dealer satisfaction for BMW Financial Services
has remained consistently high as the brand is always seeking
continued efficiencies to support its dealer partnerships.
“eContracting is but one program in which we’ve invested
several million dollars on behalf of our dealers,” says
Robinson. “We’ve helped our dealers simplify the buying
process for their customers, while providing significant time and cost
savings.” The eContracting initiative, a fully functional
solution for electronic contract validation within dealerships, is
currently up and running for dealers in seven states and is targeted
to reach dealers in a total of 17 states by the close of 2011.

“The J.D. Power and Associates Award recognition earned by
Alphera takes special notice,” Robinson said, “This is the
first time a non-captive has received the Prime Retail Award in more
than a decade. Alphera Financial Services was founded by BMW
Group Financial Services in 2006 on the basis of premium customer
service and focuses on building a strong and profitable relationship
through the delivery of financial services products to more than 700
  dealers in North America.”

The Unit includes Officer Jim Large and Brix -
a four-year-old, 68-pound Belgian Malinois who arrived in the U.S. from the
Netherlands in June 2005. State-certified as a Dual Purpose Police Service K-9,
Brix is the first police K-9 for the City of Hilliard.
